Allergies
If your child has never had their face painted before, and is prone to allergic reactions or has very sensitive skin then I would suggest a test patch on the inside of his or her wrist and leave it for approximately 60 minutes to see if a reaction develops.
If you have any concerns please speak with us before your event.

Safety
Its so important that your children have a happy and safe environment whilst we are entertaining. I therefore ask that you take careful consideration of the following points:
-
Faces are cleaned if required with a wet wipe prior to painting
-
Children with cold sores, conjunctivitis, open wounds or any apparent skin complaint will not be painted. As an alternative, arm painting may be offered.
-
Parents and carers are asked to remain with their children.

-
If I am at a private function I will not take over all responsibility for your children.
-
It is important to recognise a child’s wishes, tiny tots 2 and under often find fairies and clowns scary so we must ensure we respect their decision not to take part if indicated.
-
For adult parties I have the right to refuse to paint anyone who has too much to drink or is abusive
-
I use high quality materials and take pride in the equipment. Water is changed frequently at an event and brushes cleaned. The face paint kit is cleaned throughly after and during each job.
-
The Children are asked not to touch the paints.
